Our history

​

Initially, we repaired used (used) sewing equipment.

​

Also, we have successfully implemented more than 10 technological projects for the sewing enterprises of Ukraine, among which are SF "Mongoose" (Kharkiv), SF "Giorgio" (Kharkiv), SF "Gregory Arber" (Odessa), SF "Ruta" (Kremenchug) , as well as a number of small and medium enterprises in Kiev and the region.

Since 2014, we have established our own production of a wide range of ironing equipment (ironing tables, electric steam systems, etc.) for the clothing industry and laundries, and we are the only manufacturer of ironing equipment in Ukraine according to European standards.

​

The project is based on our long-term experience of cooperation with leading manufacturers of ironing equipment VEIT, COMETH, COMEL and others.

Our manufacturing process*:

Cutting of body parts** of ironing equipment with a special laser on CNC machines (computer numerical control)

Bending and welding work

Zincing (electrochemical anti-corrosion protection) of parts ***

Powder coating and thermal fixation in special chambers at temperatures up to 200°C

Assembly and testing of equipment

* Having our own technical base and well-established cooperation allows you to quickly adjust the production process and respond to non-standard customer requests

** For assembly, only high-quality materials and components are used, mainly of European origin
